Zero Tolerance
iDriveDFW LLC does not tolerate the use of alcohol or drugs by drivers. If a rider believes the driver may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, the rider can have the driver END THE TRIP IMMEDIATELY.
iDriveDFW LLC maintains a stringent zero tolerance policy concerning the use of intoxicating substances. Any usage of alcohol or drugs while on duty will result in an immediate suspension without pay, followed by a thorough investigation of the incident or charge. Should the investigation confirm a violation of the zero tolerance policy, the driver will be terminated immediately for cause. We prioritize the safety and well-being of our clients and hold our drivers to the highest standards of professionalism. By strictly enforcing this policy, we ensure a secure and reliable transportation experience for all.
After the driver has ended the ride, riders are requested to report their feedback at (972)765-7834.
Promptly after a zero-tolerance complaint is filed, iDriveDFW LLC shall suspend the driver until further investigation.
iDriveDFW LLC does not allow Drivers to operate any company vehicles within 8 hours of consuming any alcoholic beverages.

If, during or after the transportation service, the company is required to spend an extended amount of time and material to clean the vehicle due to acts of the client or any of their guests (i.e., spilling food & drinks, vomiting, prohibited smoking, excessive trash), IDRIVEDFW L.L.C, at its discretion, will charge client additional fees to cover such expense. Damage to the vehicle in any way caused by the actions of the client or any passenger or pet will be charged in full to the client. The minimum clean up fee is $250 and will be charged to the client’s credit card immediately.
IDRIVEDFW L.L.C and its drivers always prepare in advance to avoid unnecessary delays of arrival time. However, roads, traffic and weather conditions are often beyond the reasonable control of the company and the driver. No refund can be given because of late arrivals due to such conditions or other occurrences out of the reasonable control of the company or driver.
IDRIVEDFW L.L.C allows 15 minutes of courtesy wait time for point-to-point transfers. IDRIVEDFW L.L.C also allows 30 minutes of courtesy wait time for airport pickups ONLY. IDRIVEDFW L.L.C will charge $30.00 every 15 minutes our driver is waiting beyond the courtesy time of the scheduled pickup time. For example: Client has a point-to-point scheduled pick up time of 2pm. Clients does not enter the vehicle until 2:45pm. Client will be charged an additional $60.00. The same applies for airport pick-ups starting after its 30 minute-courtesy time. All hourly overages will be billed up to the next half hour.
IDRIVEDFW L.L.C reserves the right to refuse to transport and/or discontinue transport of any person who, in the carrier's judgment, is incapable of taking care of himself or herself or whose conduct is such as to make him or her objectionable to or a danger to other passengers, the driver or the fleet vehicle. Including persons under the influence of or in possession of illegal drugs, as well as those excessively intoxicated, in the possession of firearms or dangerous substances of any kind. Under no circumstances are minors allowed to consume or possess alcohol or illegal substances while in a company vehicle. Client shall not interfere with the driver’s duties or tamper with any apparatus or appliance on the vehicle. In such instances, services will be terminated immediately, and no refunds will be offered.
Once your ride with IDRIVEDFW LLC is confirmed, the following terms generally apply:
Payment: Full payment is required before your ride. We accept major credit cards, cash, and checks.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation fees apply if you cancel after the deadline, which varies depending on the service type.
Additional Charges: Extra costs such as tolls, parking fees, or additional time will be added to your final invoice.
Responsibility for Damages: You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during your ride, including spills or equipment damage.
Passenger Behavior: Respectful and appropriate conduct is required. Disruptive or dangerous behavior may lead to service termination without refund.
Liability: IDRIVEDFW LLC is not liable for personal injury or property damage during the ride except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Please review your specific contract terms before your ride to fully understand your obligations and our policies.
In addition to your quoted fare, you may be responsible for the following additional charges:
Parking Fees: Any parking fees incurred during your trip will be added to your final bill.
Waiting Time: If your chauffeur is kept waiting beyond the agreed-upon time, additional waiting fees may apply.
Additional Stops or Mileage: Extra stops or mileage beyond the original agreement may result in extra charges.
Cleaning Fees: If the vehicle is left excessively dirty or damaged during your trip, cleaning or damage fees may be assessed.
